Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Showroom Team Partner to join our team at Sufol Creations Sdn Bhd. You will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. If you have a passion for furniture, home decor, and sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing excellent customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable sofas and furniture options.
• Explain product features, customization options, and materials to customers.
• Handle sales transactions and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed.
• Assist in updating showroom inventory and coordinating with the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in sales, business, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferably in furniture or home decor).
• Passionate about home design, furniture, and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for sales tracking and customer follow-ups.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation).
